一锅熟的炖饭,加入番茄芝士和香肠,容易烹煮又饱腹。

    Step 1

    平底锅内热少许橄榄油,爆香小葱头和蒜茸,再加入香肠炒香。In a pan, heat up oil, shallot and garlic. Immediately add sausages to saute together.

    Step 2

    炒至香肠两面转色后取出,留少许小葱头和蒜在锅内。Once the sausage turned slightly brown, flip to cook both side and take out after colour both side. Keep the shallot and garlic bits on the pan.

    Step 3

    加入米和鸡高汤,不停搅拌。Add all the rice in to the pan. Pour in the chicken stock for about 100ml. Keep stirring non-stop.

    Step 4

    加入番茄酱和盐,再加入少许高汤如果太干,直到高汤用完为止。Then add tomato paste and salt. Continue add stock when it dries up, until the chicken stock is finish.

    Step 5

    饭炒至熟后加入Parmesan芝士和牛油。When rice almost cooked add in parmesan cheese and butter.

    Step 6

    最后撒上少许洋芫荽碎和芝士即可。Last garnish with parsley and Cheese.
